The rather fantastic name is an amalgamation of the words Zymurgy and Emporium; Zymurgy is the study of scientific brewing and an emporium is a shop that sells various items and trinkets.

Violets….

I love Zymurgoriums Violet Gin. I take it with an Indian tonic water. I love to inhale the beautiful scent, it’s so relaxing and calming…I serve it in a goldfish bowl glass to enable me to drown myself in the wonderful perfume. It’s just Wonderful!
