Standard UK Mainland Delivery – 3-5 Working days

Standard deliveries will be made within 3-5 working days of an order being placed & are charged at a standard rate of £4.99 & FREE when you spend £100 or more or a coupon code for free standard delivery is used.

Northern Ireland Standard Delivery will be charged at £20.00

The Isle of Man Standard Delivery will be charged at £10.00

The Channel Isles Standard Delivery will be charged at £25.00

Next Day Delivery (before 2pm)

Next day deliveries if placed before 2pm will be processed the same day & arrive the next (working day), any orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following day & arrive the working day after. If the order is placed over the weekend, the order will be processed on Monday (next working day) for delivery on Tuesday.

Next day delivery is charged at a rate of £7.99 & is never free unless a coupon code for free next day delivery is used. 

Saturday Delivery 

Due to COVID-19 we are currently unable to offer weekend delivery.

Geographically we make deliveries to England, Scotland and Wales. Sadly we are unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland. Due to shipping provider constraints unfortunately Packages to some Scotland postcodes will now take 2 working days on our next day / expedited service.

Returns

Despite our best efforts if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we provide a no quibble returns policy for any items returned, un-opened & undamaged, within 14 days - please contact our customer care team to assist you with anything on:

All credits are made to the credit or debit card used to make original payment.Returns will be dealt with on a case by case so please contact us with any issues.


Breakages

While we try our absolute best to get your bottle to you in 1 piece, we understand that occasionally the odd bottle here & there may break in transit.

We will credit you for all breakages reported within 24 hours of their arrival OR arrange for a replacement to be sent to you ASAP - again please contact our customer care team for more information.

Please retain the item in the state received and send photos of the damage to help best advise you. We will assess the damage and provide a Postage label if we require the item to be returned.
