When you shop for Beer Kegs with us, you’ll get to choose from a range of styles. The Bottle Club stock great examples of European beer hall classics like Paulaner Munich Hefe-Weißenbier, as well as contemporary, craft beers from Bear Island and Whitstable Bay, bursting with the hoppy aromas and tastes that have made pale ales and IPA the talk of every town. So why not buy a beer keg and get one step closer to that perfect-pint-at-the-pub feeling, from the comfort of your own home? Nope, we can’t think of a reason either.
- Providing they are stored at the recommended temperature of around 3°C (and ideally in a kegerator), mini beer kegs should last up to 4-6 weeks. Once opened, mini kegs should usually be finished within 24-48 hours. Make sure to close the top vent after each pouring to retain freshness!
- Pretty much all mini beer kegs work in the same way. First, turn the front tap in the direction shown and pull the tap until it stops. Simply press the button to dispense beer (because of the pressure this will come out powerful to begin with, but soon settle down). If the beer is coming out too slowly just open the top air release slowly. Make sure both the tap and air release are closed after pouring to keep your beer fresh and fizzy.
- All of our mini beer kegs contain 5L of the good stuff. To put that in a more familiar metric, that's slightly more than 8 pints.
- We stock all sorts of mini kegs from top beer brands like Heineken, Budweiser, Bear Island to name a few. Types of beer range from lagers and pilsners, through to wheat beers and ales.
