The sixth release of Australian distillery Starward's popular Ginger Beer Cask single malt from its Projects series has been matured in both Apera (Australian fortified wine) and ex-ginger beer casks. Aromas of dark chocolate, orange, sticky ginger cake and soft oak spice fill the nose, complemented by notes of fresh vanilla, pineapple, fresh ginger, candied orange peel and crystallised ginger throughout the palate. Description
David Vitale, founder, started off with a simple vision; create a uniquely Australian whisky.
