The P' stands for Plenitude and as such marks this out as one of the Vintages that has been left in cellars for further aging and releasing for a second time. These are a set of remarkable Champagnes that become slightly more vinuous and yet retain some of the original characters from the wine's first release (normally anywhere between 6 and 8 years earlier). Description
What can you say? Some may be cynical of some of the glamour and glitz that surrounds Dom Perignon. However Richard Geoffroy, Dom Perignon's Head Wine Maker, is simply superb at his game. Just about every vintage is awaited with bated breath by the wine industry and accolades for both him and his Champagnes are far too numerous to mention
Tasting Notes
