A superlative 12 year old Tennessee Bourbon Whiskey made from a blend of Corn, Rye and Malt and slowly aged in 53 gallon oak casks (US gallons). This American Eagle Bourbon has been matured in American oak barrels and underwent a charcoal-mellow filtration process. This creates a character that is rich in flavour while being smooth on the palate.

Delicious cinnamon sweet spice, dried orange peel with currants and raisins for complexity.
