Description
It must be said that Bombay Sapphire's recent renovation of their distillery at Laverstoke Mill is truly dramatic and well worth a visit. Not only are the dramatic botanical glasshouses but the whole development has been done with sustainability in mind. No mean feat when the original building is both 300 years old and set in a Conservation area.
Tasting Notes
Star of Bombay London Dry Gin features botanicals that'll be familiar to those who love Bombay Sapphire, with a reassembled flavour profile (more punchy juniper, earthy angelica and herbaceous coriander), as well as some new botanicals - bergamot and ambrette seed.
