It’s becoming a joke now I didn’t want to have to do this but I’ve had to pay for items I didn’t receive and the bottle club told me they opened a case there waiting to hear back from the dpd and I have had no communication with them as they don’t answer there phone am or pm

Item never arrived - the bottle club never responded to emails. Only when payment provider contacted the bottle club to get a refund did they reach out. No apology - poor customer service - time wasters
