Minuty Rose et Or is the flagship rose from Chateau Minuty in Provence. It blends Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle into a pale, delicate wine at 12.5%. On the nose and palate you get floral white peach, cherry and apricot, a touch of thyme and a soft almond note on the finish.
