Description
Australia’s Manly Spirits Co. is in the business of making stunning spirits inspired by the gorgeous marine environment that surrounds the distillery. Named after Manly, an area in Sydney renowned for its natural beauty (and excellent surfing opportunities!), Manly Spirits Co. was opened in early 2017 by founders David Whittaker and Vanessa Wilton and since, the team has worked with forager and chef Elijah Holland to sustainably source local marine botanicals, which are used to make gins, vodkas and liqueurs. There’s also Australian whisky on the way from Manly Spirits Co., so keep your eyes peeled for yet more deliciousness!
Tasting Notes
Fruity pepper, Juniper and delicate citrus.

Negroni Cocktail Recipe
The Negroni was first served in Florence, Italy in 1919 meaning that it will be soon be 100 years old this year so what better way to celebrate than making one?! Legend has it that Count Camillo Negroni requested that his compandre gave his favourite cocktail, the Americano a kick up the you-know-what by substituting the soda water for gin.
