What was once a Sicilian lemon gin has evolved: same bold botanicals, now softened and brightened with a luscious lemon meringue flavour. At 35% ABV, it’s lighter, more playful, and perfect for sipping or mixing. Use 50 ml with tonic, ice, and a lemon slice or get creative with dessert cocktails and spritzes. Made with only natural flavourings and colourings.

Tasting notes

Crisp lemon zest and smooth meringue sweetness upfront, gently followed by juniper and herbal warmth. The finish is clean, bright, and soft, leaning into citrusy sweetness without overpowering.
