Errazuriz Max Reserve Syrah 2012, 75 cl

Errazuriz Max Reserve Syrah 2012, 75 cl

Regular price £14.50

Purplish ruby-red in colour, with a seductive nose that offers black fruit such as blueberries and blackberries along with a subtle floral touch that recalls lavender, all framed by sweet spices such as cloves and nutmeg from the oak. A light balsamic touch increases complexity. Fine tannins lend a velvety mouthfeel, while fresh acidity adds a fruity firmness. The flavours confirm that this is a nicely ripe and tremendously friendly wine that will continue to gain complexity over time, while its bright acidity predicts excellent longevity in the bottle. The family tradition lives on with Don Maximiano's descendant Eduardo Chadwick. Eduardo is the sixth generation of his family. The valley, with its cool, rainy winters, hot, dry summers and moist Pacific Ocean breezes, is ideal for growing grapes.
