Sheppy's has been making cider in the West Country for over 200 years now and have won numerous awards along the way. David Sheppy, the current Master of Cider, is the family's sixth generation to do so. All their ciders are fermented using wild yeast (not easy) with maturation for some taking place in French Oak barrels. Well worth a visit if you're ever near Bradford On Tone.
