I ORDERED AND PAID FOR

I ORDERED AND PAID FOR THE 70CL BOTTLE BUT AFTER 11 DAYS RECEIVED A 500ML BOTTLE . when I queried this I was asked to forward a photograph for verification I decided to return it instead so for my troubles was £4. 99 out of pocket as the postage was not refunded .

Don’t buy from the bottle club, No customer care

I ordered from them for the first time & I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. If you have a problem or complaint there is NO ONE HUMAN TO TALK TO !!!. Emailing is useless & it takes them forever to respond to you & they waste time asking ridiculous questions instead of dealing with whatever it is EXPEDIENTLY. I wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews I wouldn’t of ordered from them if I did. The box that my 3 70cl bottles of drink was in wasn’t SECURELY taped & the courier used delivered my order with a damaged box. DON’T ORDER FROM THE BOTTLE CLUB, THEY NEED TO FIX UP OR LOOSE MORE CUSTOMERS, as they have with me. Incidentally I haven’t enclosed any photographs as I got rid of them after the way they dealt with my complaint, I unsubscribed too, I don’t want anything to do with them EVER.
