A pretty, bright, peach-blossom colour. This Italian rose is light, floral and fresh. Slight hints of pink grapefruit and pomegranate add depth taking this beyond cheaper Rose wines and so much more satisfying as a result. Read more.

Description
Masseria Maìme is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Upper Salento not too far from the town of San Pietro Vernotico in the province of Brindisi. The estate where this wine is created extends along the coastline forming a unique countryside of vineyards that lies between woodlands and pine forests stretching out as far as the eye can see until blending into the sea. The most prevalent grape varieties grown here are Negroamaro, Primitivo, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon. Calafuria is produced from vineyards that extend along the Adriatic coastline for over a kilometer. Its name comes from one of the over 700 bays on the Apulian peninsula.

Frosé Recipe
Frosé, the blend of the words 'frozen rosé', are the slushies of the adult world and we're totally addicted. They're sweet, refreshing, and a fun way to enjoy your favourite rosé wine - especially on a hot day. Plus, our Frosé recipe only uses 4 easy-to-source ingredients, so it's a super simple way to wow guests. The hardest part of Frosé is the face it requires a little bit of forethought, as this recipe requires the mix to freeze for 6 hours or overnight. But after trying these delicious (not to mention - instagrammable) creations, you'll see they're worth the extra preparation.
