Description
Bouchard Pere et Fils is one of the oldest producers and the largest vineyard owner in the Cote d'Or. A family wine merchant was first established by Michel Bouchard in Beaune in 1731. The first vineyards were purchased in Volnay in 1791 from the Government, and so began a long history of gathering fine 'Terroirs'; first in the Cote de Beaune, which is still home to the majority of Bouchard Pere et Fils holdings, then in the Cote de Nuits.

White Wine Spritzer Recipe
Everyone loves to have an opinion on pretty much every type of drink, and that's true for wines as well as spirits. Whether you're with or against adding soda water to your wine, you should know how to make and serve this refreshing drink. It is a lovely summer wine spritzer recipe, great for hosting as it is so easy. It is also one of our lowest calorie cocktail options, as it's such a light choice. As you might be able to guess from the name, a wine spritzer combines wine (usually white) and club soda, with garnishes. For a basic wine spritzer formula, pour 3 ounces of white wine over ice, then top with 1 ounce of club soda. Garnish with an orange peel and a splash of citrus bitters.
