Bloom is a subtle intertwining of 3 botanicals- Honeysuckle, Chamomile and Pomelo. For those of you who, like me, hadn't heard of Pomelo before it's a largish Citrus fruit found mainly in South and South East Asia. Created by Master Distiller Joanne Moore after 10 years at Greenalls. Her inspiration is very much centred around traditional England- whether that be the English Country Garden that we can all picture or the fresh aromas of an English Meadow. As the name suggests this is all about freshness and the sweetness found in many of our Wild Flowers.

Legend has it that Count Camillo Negroni requested that his compandre gave his favourite cocktail, the Americano a kick up the you-know-what by substituting the soda water for gin.
