Product Description
Augier is believed to be the very first cognac producer, with records dating back to 1643. Having experienced the typical ebbs and flows of the cognac business through the years, the brand was recently revamped by Pernod Ricard, with particular emphasis on terroir and single varieties of its grapes. Le Singulier celebrates the now rare folle blanche grown in Grande Champagne. The distillate undergoes a natural lees distillation, and is non-chill filtered with no added ingredients. There is no age statement or designation, though its youngest eaux-de-vie is 4 years old.
