Beers Delivered

Was impressed with the way that Bottle Club staff dealt with a delivery misunderstanding that wasn't their fault and organized the successful delivery

Not delivered and no response

I was looking for some specialist beers that are never available at the local supermarket so thought I would give the Bottle Club a try.
Easy enough to order but the deliver was delayed and then missed its slot through DPD. I then had confirmation that it had been delivered from DPD only to see on the POD that they had delivered elsewhere, who knows where but not at my house.
Not The Bottle Clubs fault but despite three separate attempts to contact them through their website portal not one bit of acknowledgment to even say they are on it, delayed or even if they are bothered.
I fear I have lost my order, money and faith in them given the experience to date.
They will no doubt say it’s a one off, delays due to staffing issues, blah blah blah. I’m a straight forward customer, just want basic customer service when things go wrong, and my beer!
