This innovative cocktail ditches the usual green hue, opting instead for a wintry white infusion courtesy of velvety coconut milk. Picture the familiar flavours of a mojito, now reinvented into a refreshing drink that mimics the beauty of freshly fallen snow.

Maybe you're enjoying the festivities in a hot country this year, maybe you're a fan of tropical cocktails whatever the weather, or maybe you're just sick and tired of the same old eggnog and mulled wine. Either way, whip out this recipe at your next Christmas party and it'll be sure to turn heads!

  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • 4-6 mint leaves
  • 1/2 oz of lime juice
  • 1 oz of White Rum
  • 1/2 oz of Coconut Rum 
  • 1/4 oz of coconut milk
  • Soda Water 
  • Optional: Mint leaves, pomegranate, powdered sugar (to garnish)


  1. Add the sugar, lime juice and mint leaves to a cocktail shaker and muddle together to create a paste.
  2. Then add the White Rum, Coconut Rum, coconut milk and ice to the shaker and shake thoroughly.
  3. Strain into a tall glass and top with Soda Water.
  4. Garnish with mint, pomegranate seeds and powdered sugar.
