Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of caramel sauce
  • 1/4 tsp of mixed spice
  • 1/4 tsp of ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup of vodka
  • 1 tbsp of Baileys Irish Cream
  • Optional: Whipped cream and mini gingerbread men to garnish

Method

  1. Firstly, combine the caramel sauce, mixed spice and ground ginger in a cocktail shaker, Stir to make a sweet, spicy sauce.
  2. Add ice, heavy cream, vodka and Baileys Irish Cream to the cocktail shaker. Shake well. 
  3. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with whipped cream, caramel sauce and crushed gingerbread men.
