A golden‑hued experiment in American malt that stands apart, yet remains true to the Yellowstone story.
Tasting notes
Nose: cereal malt, honey, and a soft peach‑blossom sweetness. Palate: medium‑rich, brimming with pear, dates, and spiced pear over a warm malt. Finish: oak‑driven with cinnamon and walnut.
