Vault City Gingerbread House is a big festive imperial stout from the Edinburgh brewery best known for its wild flavour experiments. Sticky dark malt sits underneath warming gingerbread spice, with vanilla icing, buttercream and a dusting of icing sugar on top. It drinks like a slice of Christmas cake.
At 13% it is rich and sweet, so it is perfect for sharing or sipping slowly. With six cans, there is plenty to go around. Pour it into a snifter and enjoy it with a mince pie.
