Description
Taittinger dates back to 1734 when the original house was founded by Jacques Fourneaux. Pierre Taittinger, the founder of today's company acquired the House in 1931. Serving in the 1st world war as a young cavalry officer he fell in love with this remarkable property and its vineyards. Today, the Reims based House is headed up by Pierre's grandson, Pierre-Emmanual Taittinger and his son, Clovis and daughter Vitalie both of whom are actively involved in the day to day running of this thriving family Champagne House.

French 75 Recipe
We've all been there. You receive a bottle of sparkling wine as a gift and it's fair to say you're less than impressed. If that's you, you might be looking for a quick and easy cocktail to transform your fizz into a sweet and zesty delight. The bonus is, it's a super simple recipe with just 4 ingredients, so it's the perfect quick win to impress guests. Gin AND fizz?! In one cocktail?! Hell yes to that. The classic French 75 brings two of our favourite bevs together in one drink, and you can swap champagne for any sparkling wine. The French 75 is a classic, a drink that dates back to World War I. How's this for a fun fact? The cocktail is named after a 75 millimeter wartime field gun - but hey, we know you're not here for a history lesson. Keep reading for how to make the iconic cocktail.
