Description
Stiegl Christkindl is the Salzburg brewery's Christmas house beer, a copper coloured honey amber ale. It is brewed with organic wheat malt, organic hops and organic honey. You get aromas of caramel and fine biscuit, a mild honey sweetness through the middle, and a soft hop finish.
It is smooth and gently sweet without being sticky, and the fine bubbles keep it lively. The 75cl bottle is perfect for sharing. Pour it with roast goose or duck, served cool at 7 to 9 degrees.
