Mandarin Napoleon was created in 1892 by Antoine-Francois de Fourcroy. Only the freshest mandarin peels from Sicily are used and these have a fine peel with very little pith, resulting in plenty of zest. Following the maceration in Alcohol Mandarin Napoleon is triple distilled to produce an intense essence of mandarin. Its complexity derives from its secret combination of mandarin and twenty one botanicals.
