Evri tried to deliver my

Evri tried to deliver my parcel on 9 sept but nobody home, they said they would text me on monday to re deliver but over a week later still no parcel, which was for my daughters birthday on 17th sept.
I have tried to contact evri, i have also sent a message to yourself but nothing.
I presume i will not get my parcel so as u can guess i am not happy.
If you would have used a different delivery company then yes i would have been happy with my gift as it would have been delivered on time, unfortunately you chose evri.
