Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage Bourbon Whiskey, 70 cl

I placed my order on on Monday 12th December. I immediately received an order acknowledgement with a statement my order would be dispatched 'shortly . I subsequently discovered my credit card had been charged on the 12th. I heard noothing more and after a few days I emailed to ask when my parcel would be dispatched. No reply. I emailed again and received no reply. I obtained the telephone number of TBC but the automated reply said 'they were unable to take any calls, please try later. I did try again, several times but it was the same message. About a week later I did receive an email saying they would look into it. Nothing more until I received an email saying my parcel would be delivered on a date in 2 days time. No parcel arrived in the 1 hour time frame but I received another email saying it would be delivered before 8.00 pm. Nothing arrived! Next day I received an email saying it would arrive and it did albeit late. I WOULD NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
