Duvel is the strong golden ale from Duvel Moortgat, the family brewery in Belgium that has been brewing since 1871. It pours bright gold with a huge fluffy head, then brings green apple, pear and citrus, a soft malty core and a dry, peppery finish. Saaz and Styrian Golding hops keep it beautifully balanced.
At 8.5% it is stronger than it tastes, which is exactly why fans love it. The box comes with the famous Duvel tulip glass, so it is ready to give. Pour slowly into the glass and enjoy that big foamy crown.
