Delivery 

Standard UK Mainland deliveries will be made within 3-5 working days of an order being placed & are charged at a standard rate of £4.99 & FREE when you spend £100 or more or a coupon code for free standard delivery is used.

Northern Ireland Standard Delivery will be charged at £20.00

The Isle of Man Standard Delivery will be charged at £15.00

The Channel Isles Standard Delivery will be charged at £25.00

Next day deliveries if placed before 2pm will be processed the same day & arrive the next (working day), any orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following day & arrive the working day after.  If the order is placed over the weekend, the order will be processed on Monday (next working day) for delivery on Tuesday.

Next day delivery is charged at a rate of £7.99 & is never free unless a coupon code for free next day delivery is used.

Due to our operating hours we cannot deliver on weekends, however Royal Mail (when used) may still be able to deliver on Saturday if ordered by Thursday with standard delivery but we cannot guarantee this, next day deliveries are also not available Friday for weekend delivery.

Geographically we make deliveries to England, Scotland and Wales. Sadly we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man, The Channel Isles, Shetland and Scottish Isles or the Republic of Ireland. Due to shipping provider constraints unfortunately Packages to some Scotland postcodes will now take 2 working days on our next day / expedited service.

We aim to be as flexible as possible, but please do advise us should you have any special delivery requirements or will not be in when delivery will be made, please wait until the end of the estimated delivery above before contacting as - as usually the parcel will still be in transit to you, if after the aforementioned period you still have not received your goods, please do get in touch with us and we will help you to rectify the issue.

 

Returns

Despite our best efforts if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we provide a no quibble returns policy for any items returned, un-opened & undamaged, within 14 days - please contact our customer care team to assist you with anything on:

support@thebottleclub.com (Please include your Order Number in the Subject of the email)

All credits are made to the credit or debit card used to make original payment.

Returns will be dealt with on a case by case so please contact us with any issues.

 

Breakages

While we try our absolute best to get your bottle to you in 1 piece, we understand that occasionally the odd bottle here & there may break in transit. We will credit you for all breakages reported within 24 hours of their arrival & arrange for a replacement to be sent to you ASAP - again please contact our customer care team for more information.

 

Coupons & Offers

Due to the nature and rarity of some of our products, coupon codes cannot be applied to Limited Editions. We also have restrictions on basket amounts for our Ltd editions, if you have any queries or would like to order these items please email us at support@thebottleclub.com

We reserve the right to withdraw any offers and coupon codes we may have at our own discretion. Coupon codes are 1 use per customer unless otherwise stated, coupon codes cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer or coupon code.

Mix & Match – Available where specified on the product or category – these offers are not valid with any other coupon or offer (coupon codes will still apply however the mix and match discount will be removed). Not valid on already discounted products (if a discounted product is selected it will remove the product discount and apply the Mix & Match discount).
