During the competition period, entrants need to go onto The Bottle Club’s Instagram post and tag a friend that they want to share a bottle of Cali by Snoop with on the post, and follow Cali by Snoop and The Bottle Club on Instagram to be in the running to win 1 of 10 Snoop Dogg hoodies or 1 of 10 cases of Cali Red and Cali Rose valued at £113. Prize Terms and Conditions for Cali by Snoop x The Bottle Club Party Season Competition
By entering the Promotion, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.
Promoter: Treasury Wine Estates EMEA Limited of Regal House, 70 London Road, Twickenham, Middlesex TW1 3QS, UK.
1. This Cali by Snoop x The Bottle Club Party Season promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to UK residents aged 25 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, its agents and anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion.
2. The Promotion opens on 5th December 2023 at 00:01 GMT and closes at 11:59 GMT on 31 December 2023.
3. The prize includes ten (10) Snoop Dogg hoodies and ten (10) Cases of Cali Red and Cali Rose wine to be won (valued at £118). During the Promotion, a total of twenty (20) valid entries are eligible to win either one (1) Snoop Dog Hoodie or one (1) Case of wine. A maximum of one (1) prize per valid entry.
4. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged nor (except where cash is specified) redeemed for cash. Without limiting any other term of these Terms and Conditions, all prizes (and elements of prizes) must be taken as and when specified, or will be forfeited with no replacement (except in accordance with clause [26]). The prize values are correct as at the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value.
5. The prizes are as stated and subject to availability. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control, it reserves the right to award similar prizes of equal or greater value.
6. This Promotion is only available on Cali Red and Cali Rose.
