Pink Gin Fizz Cocktail Recipe
Love for pink gin has seriously swept the nation, but wait - how come Gin get's it's very own pink edition?! What makes it pink? Here's the secret: Pink gin is actually just normal gin that has been flavoured with fruits. It’s similar to normal gin as it has no added sugar and contains the same alcohol by volume. However, red or pink fruits like strawberries, raspberries or red currents are added. This is what gives the gin its beautiful pink colour which makes it so Instagramable!

- Ice small for mixing large for in the glass
- 50 ml Gin ( 2 oz) can use pink gin or dry gin.
- 25 ml Grenadine (1 oz)
- 25 ml Lemon Juice (1 oz) fresh squeezed is best
- Soda Water or Lemonade use desired amount to taste
- 1 sliced Lemon or Grapefruit for in the glass and to garnish
Add Gin, Grenadine, Lemon Juice and Soda Water to a glass.
Stir briefly and add ice.
Serve with a sliced lemon or grapefruit garnish.
