  • 240 ml of Peach puree (made from 2 ripe peaches)
  • 15 ml of Lemon juice
  • 15 ml of Agave syrup
  • 4-6 Fresh Basil leaves
  • Chilled Prosecco
  • Fresh Peach slices for garnish


  1. Peel and pit the ripe peaches.
  2. Cut the peaches into chunks and place them in a blender.
  3. Add lemon juice, agave syrup, and fresh basil to the blender.
  4. Blend the mixture until you have a smooth puree.
  5. In a mixing glass, strain the peach puree mixture through a mesh sieve to remove any remaining pulp.
  6. Fill the serving glass about halfway with the peach puree.
  7. Slowly pour the chilled Prosecco into the glass, filling it up.
  8. Gently stir the peach puree and Prosecco.
  9. Garnish with fresh peach slices.
