About this cocktail
We’ve all had a Baileys on the rocks. But have you tried one on a stick?
Introducing your new summer flex: Baileys Mint Choc Shake popsicles — creamy, minty, chocolatey goodness straight from the freezer.
Whether you’re pouring it over ice or freezing it into dessert form, this bottle is doing the most for your summer sweet tooth.
Method
- In a jug or bowl, combine the Baileys Mint Choc Shake and milk. If you’re feeling extra, drizzle in some chocolate syrup and give it a good stir.
- Carefully pour the mixture into your popsicle moulds. For bonus swirl power, add a bit more chocolate syrup to each mould and gently stir with a skewer or spoon.
- Pop the moulds into the freezer and leave them overnight (or at least 6 hours) until totally solid. Yes, patience is hard. Yes, it’s worth it.
- Run the moulds under warm water for a few seconds to release your Baileys pops. Then serve immediately — ideally with your feet up and the group chat jealous.
Ingredients
- 150ml Baileys Mint Choc Shake
- 100ml milk
- A swirl of chocolate syrup (optional but very much encouraged)
