Came with the cap loose even with the plastic seal on and was leaking everywhere

First of all the bottle had leaked when it arrived. I was told by customer services that this is a manufacturing fault whereby the bottles are over filled!
The liquor itself has a lovely smell of espresso but the colour is red, it looks black but when I mixed an espresso martini and the drink was a pinkie red colour and was really off putting. It is also very sweet and sadly I feel I have wasted a lot of money on this and am very disappointed, definitely will not order this again.
I was offered a discount due to the leakage unless I wanted to return it. I didn't return it but still waiting to hear about the discount.
